About PowerSafe Engineering

Founded by an engineer. Every study performed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer, to the same standard as our federal-scale work.

Founded by an Engineer, Built on Federal-Grade Standards

PowerSafe Engineering was founded in 2022 by Dalton Edge, a registered professional electrical engineer whose career has centered on large-scale electrical studies and design projects for the federal government. Dalton founded PowerSafe to bring that same engineering rigor to the organizations that rarely get it — county hospitals, school districts, manufacturing facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and the civil and MEP firms that support them.

What began as a local practice now serves clients nationwide, but the model hasn’t changed: every study is performed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer, to the same standard as our federal-scale work.

Our Mission

Safer, more efficient electrical systems — delivered with the responsiveness of a specialist firm. We help facilities meet NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584, OSHA, and NEC requirements without the overhead, delays, or anonymous reports of larger firms.

How We Work

Safety first

Every recommendation starts with the person standing in front of the gear.

PE accountability

A licensed professional engineer performs, reviews, and seals every report. No anonymous deliverables.

Straight answers

Honest scope, transparent pricing, and findings you can defend to an inspector, an insurer, or a jury.

Right-sized service

Big-firm engineering standards with direct access to the engineer doing your work.
