Sample deliverable · client data redacted
This is what ships to you
Real pages from a completed arc flash study for a 12 MVA industrial facility, with names and one-line details redacted. No form, no email gate — look before you buy.

1. Sealed cover sheet & bound report
Signed and sealed by the PE licensed in the facility’s state, with the study date an auditor will look for first.

2. Field-verified one-line diagram
Drawn to your equipment tags, not generic blocks. Most clients use it for maintenance long after the study.
3. Incident energy and PPE table
One row per bus. This is the table your electricians and EHS team actually work from — and the data printed on each label.
Where incident energy exceeds 40 cal/cm², we propose mitigation — relay settings, maintenance mode, or remote operation — not just a warning label.

4. Labels installed on your equipment
Printed on the correct substrate for the environment and applied where a worker will actually read it — not shipped in an envelope for you to sort out.
Appropriate PPE Required
PowerSafe Engineering, PLLC
5. The label itself
Every field NFPA 70E 130.5(H) requires, plus the study date. Print-ready files included so you can replace damaged labels yourself.
