NFPA 70E 130.5 requires the risk assessment to be reviewed at least every five years, and sooner whenever a change to the system could affect the results — a new transformer, a new service, or a utility upgrade.
Most of it is collected energized, in appropriate PPE. A few enclosures need a de-energized window. We identify which ones in the proposal so you can plan the outage instead of discovering it mid-visit.
Device count is the main driver, followed by the number of services, voltage levels, and sites. The calculator gives you a budgetary range; the fixed fee comes after a scoping call, and it does not move because we miscounted.
